To me this is THE icon of my town. My parents grew up going to this restaurant. They made it an important part of my life. I made it an important part in my kids lives as well.The food is fantastic. Prices have always remained reasonable. The staff is amazing ... I feel like I'm home when I come here.So happy this place survived covid.

Great service, great prices and great Poutine. I ordered the lumberjack poutine and it was fantastic. I will visit this place again with my friends who really enjoy eating. I am sure they will love it.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! They have an ENORMOUS menu, that includes many different styles of poutine, sandwiches, and breakfast foods. They also have an excellent assortment of deserts.I also wanted to mention the sheer size of the poutine they serve! It's incredible. My brother who is a bigger guy struggled with it.I personally tried their special which was roast beef. For 13 we were given a soup of our choice (either chicken noodle, or carrot. The carrot was excellent) then our main which was mashed potatoes (you could also get french fries), the roast beef, and carrots. It also came with a slice of cake which you could get in caramel, chocolate, or maple. The maple cake was very light and not too sweet!I also wanted to say that the waitress we had was of superior quality! She joked with us, helped us, was patient and kind. Truly one of the best I have ever had, while also being a French speaker! I feel it was important to mention this because we are English only so ordering could have been quite difficult!If you are in around st. Jean I highly recommend!

Big menu with so many options to choose from.All day breakfast and I love breakfast for dinner.Old school greasy spoon that keeps going and going. Prices are pretty decent too compared to what you get and what other places are charging for the same thing. Bring your appetite , you won't be deceived.

Second time here, 2024, was last here in 2018 or 2019. Still great food!Open late on Tuesdays.

This was a great small diner to eat at. I was craving poutine and haven't tried this one. It was very good. The staff worked hard and were very friendly as well.
